My Story…
Migraine is a type of pain that people can't typically see. Though, some of my closest friends can tell from looking into my eyes. I try to cope & work through them as much as I can. FL-41 glasses have been a game changer for me as well as an ice cap when I am able to stay home. I don't want my migraines to become a hinderance to my job or personal life and worry about how people perceive me because of it. With that being said, I also have a great support system and feel as though I can allow myself the time to recover when needed. I want others to know that they are strong & capable no matter what their day to day looks like and it's okay as well as necessary to put yourself first.
